Our Assisted Monitoring Service works hand-in-hand with our Safeguard Cloud software to monitor student behaviour, identify and alert you to serious issues, and offer support to help resolve them. At the heart of this service is our experienced and knowledgeable team, who work closely with schools to provide their expertise.

Over 15 years' experience in primary and secondary schools as a SENDCo, Senior Mental Health Lead, DSL, and Deputy Head.

Experience of working in human moderation roles along with having a masters degree in criminology.

All captures are reviewed by trained safeguarding staff and triaged for you to action as necessary.


False Positive
Capture(s) which represent no safeguarding or behavioural concern. No action required.


Investigating
Capture(s) which represent a safeguarding or behavioural concern, but are not considered to be urgent.

DSLs can view all investigating captures in the portal and record the actions they have taken.


Needs Immediate Attention
Capture(s) which represent an urgent safeguarding concern, and need to be dealt with immediately.

DSLs will receive an email and/or telephone call to alert them to the capture.
Insights and Weekly Reports
Gain a detailed insight into behavioural trends.
DSLs will receive detailed weekly reports which outline the number and nature of safeguarding and behavioural concerns that week.
