The process behind our Full Triage procedure.
All captures are reviewed by trained safeguarding staff and triaged for you to action as necessary.
False Positive
Capture(s) which represent no safeguarding or behavioural concern. No action required.
Investigating
Capture(s) which represent a safeguarding or behavioural concern, but are not considered to be urgent.
DSLs can view all investigating captures in the portal and record the actions they have taken.
Needs Immediate Attention
Capture(s) which represent an urgent safeguarding concern, and need to be dealt with immediately.
DSLs will receive an email and/or telephone call to alert them to the capture.

While our Safeguard Cloud software flags potential online safety concerns with precision, our assisted monitoring service adds a vital layer of human insight and an understanding of context, identifying that 42% of cases initially marked as ‘low, medium, or high’ severity were, in fact, deemed ‘critical’ once reviewed.
