All captures are reviewed by trained student safety staff and triaged for you to action as necessary.
False Positive
Capture(s) which represent no safety or behavioral concern. No action required.
Investigating
Capture(s) which represent a safety or behavioral concern, but are not considered to be urgent.
Student Safety Officers can view all investigating captures in the portal and record the actions they have taken.
Needs Immediate Attention
Capture(s) which represent an urgent safety concern, and need to be dealt with immediately.
Student Safety Officers will receive an email and/or telephone call to alert them to the capture.
