Stress awareness month 2022

Stress is something we’ve all experienced within our lifetime. Whether it be work related, home related, or the cause of anxiety and depression, stress is a common issue amongst us all. Stress can be debilitating and cause or aggravate health problems. Although stress is normal, nobody is immune to it, so it is important to understand and acknowledge when stress is present or on the horizon, in both ourselves, our family and friends and our colleagues.

April is Stress Awareness Month, so we’ve put together some of our favourite top tips on how we try to manage our stress levels, the best way we can!
